TABLE HELP DESK

Help While You're In A Hand

Poker problems are time-sensitive, so the help routes sit inside the floor instead of a separate menu. The chat panel opens from any table you are seated at, and the agent pulls the hand ID automatically instead of asking you to type it out. If your connection drops mid-hand, the hand record under your account shows how the pot was settled. Wallet checks for buy-ins and withdrawals stay in the same chat thread, so you are not telling the story twice.

In-table chat Open the chat panel from your seat and the agent picks up the hand ID without you typing it. Use it for seat disputes, a misdeal, or a buy-in that has not yet shown on your balance.
Hand records Every hand you play is stored under your account with the table name, blinds and result. Pull it up when you want to see how a pot was split or where a session ended.
Wallet matching If a bKash, Nagad or Rocket buy-in has not landed, send the transaction ID in the same chat thread and we match it against your account wallet record.

What Our Poker Floor Deals

Our poker floor runs on cash tables and scheduled sit-and-go events. Texas Hold'em covers the widest spread of blinds, with Omaha and short-deck beside it, and the live rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play handle the dealt formats where you watch a real shuffler and real cards. Short-deck moves faster because the low cards come out of the deck. Cash tables let

you come and go between hands; sit-and-go fields lock once the first card is dealt. In Dhaka you open the same tables on mobile as on desktop: tap a seat, confirm the buy-in from your account wallet, and the hand clock starts.

FAIR DEAL CHECKS

How We Keep Tables Clean

Fair play on a poker table comes down to two things: a deck nobody can predict and rules that do not shift under you. The live rooms we carry use provider shufflers, and the cards stay on camera from the cut to the river. Where a provider publishes return figures, we show them on the game card; where it does not, we leave the field blank rather than fill it with a number. Table rules, rake caps and blind structure sit one tap from the seat.

Shuffle on camera

Live dealer tables cut and shuffle in view before each hand, so the deal you watch is the deal that was made. The video feed comes from the provider's studio, not a recorded loop.

Rules on the card

Blinds, antes, rake caps and showdown order are printed on every table card. Check them before your first hand; the structure does not change halfway through a session.

Provider line-up

The card rooms on our floor come from Evolution, Pragmatic Play and PG Soft. Their names sit on the game card, so you know whose table you are sitting at before you post.

Shuffler references

Where a provider publishes a testing certificate for its shuffler or random number generator, the reference sits on the game card. If you cannot find it, ask chat and we point you to it.

Terms You'll Hear At Our Tables

Poker has its own shorthand and nobody explains it while the clock is running. These are the words that come up most on our table cards, in chat and in the hand records you open afterwards. Read them once and the seat screen stops looking like code.

What is the flop in Texas Hold'em?

The first three community cards dealt face up after the pre-flop betting round. Everything you build comes from these cards, and your table position matters more once they land.

What does buy-in mean at a cash table?

The amount you bring to a seat, which becomes your stack for that session. Our table cards show the allowed buy-in range, and you confirm it from your account wallet before the first hand.

What is rake?

The small cut a table takes from each pot to keep the room running. It is capped at most tables, and the cap is printed on the table card before you sit down.

What is a short-deck table?

Hold'em played without the low cards, usually anything under a six. Fewer cards mean higher starting hands and quicker decisions, which is why short-deck sessions tend to move fast.

What does all-in mean?

Pushing your whole stack into the pot on one hand. You cannot be asked for more than you have in front of you, and side pots form when other players hold bigger stacks.

What is a sit-and-go?

A short tournament that starts as soon as its seats fill rather than at a set clock time. Blinds rise on a schedule and play continues until one stack is left.

Live Poker Questions We Get

Most of what people ask us before their first hand is practical: where the seat comes from, what happens when the phone rings, how winnings leave the account. Here are the answers we give in chat, written out so you can check them before you put money down.

Open the poker floor, pick a table and check its blinds and buy-in range. Tap the empty seat, confirm the amount from your account wallet, and the dealer deals you in from the next hand.

Yes — the poker floor runs in your mobile browser, so you can take a seat on Android or iOS without installing anything. Mobile data handles a cash table; a steady connection matters once a hand is live.

Both. Sit-and-go events fill seat by seat and start when the table is full, while cash tables run through the day. Blinds and the rise schedule are shown before you register for any event.

Winnings sit in your account wallet once the hand settles. From there you request a withdrawal to bKash, Nagad or Rocket, and the account name has to match the one you registered.

Your seat stays in the hand, and the account record shows how the pot settled afterwards. Reopen the table and check your hand records before you message chat about it.

Card rooms from Evolution and Pragmatic Play are dealt by real dealers in a studio, with the shuffle and the deal on camera. The game card names the studio before you take a seat.
